Jarrett Krosoczka Mural

In the fall of 2016 Jarrett Krosoczka, a New York Times best-selling author/illustrator, painted the mural that decorates the stairs to the Children’s Department. He chose to recreate downtown Northampton, and pay tribute to local children’s book authors and illustrators in the windows of the painted buildings. The mural has truly transformed our space, and made the entrance to the children’s department as inviting as the environment we hope to constantly create. Thank you, Jarrett Krosoczka!
