Tweens & Teens Summer Reading 2016

Teen Facebook CSLP2016Hey, tweens and teens! The theme of this year’s summer reading adventure is “Get in the Game: Read!”

There are so many ways to play (and win!) at the library this summer!

You can register for our summer reading program at any point after Memorial Day, and the adventure lasts until Labor Day! Register in the Children’s Department, or online. For each age group, there will be three different challenges: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You’ll complete each one in order, and at your own pace, throughout the summer. For each challenge, there will be a variety of activities to complete, check off on a challenge log, and show a librarian! Ask at the desk if you have any questions, or are wondering if something “counts!” After every level completed (Bronze, Silver, Gold), you’ll win a prize!

The tween & teen part of the summer reading program is geared towards young adults ages 11 and up. Ask a librarian if you’re wondering about which age range to sign up for!

For each challenge, there will be a variety of activities to complete, check off on a challenge log, and show a librarian! Ask at the desk if you have any questions, or are wondering if something “counts!” After every level completed (Bronze, Silver, Gold), you’ll win a prize!
