Everyone is Looking For Their Winter Nest

Home… I have spent a great deal of time in mine the last two years. And yet, in some ways I have lost my inner home. I share where I live with my husband, who is working at home a great deal, and my spirited daughter. There is very little quiet in my house and this has challenged me to find my inner stillness. My core, my roots, have been a little shaken. Meditating when I can, drawing, praying and doing art/ dancing when I can are the moments where I feel most embodied and most on my center. When I get to practice these actions, I remember who I am and I feel home.
