Silence

These images are from a series called Home Work. I found vintage tin doll houses in a funky shop on the coast. I was intrigued by the openness these mini house structures have, including the window cut outs, so the prospect of lighting options was inspiring. The lighting and smaller gestures of the figures drove the work. As a kid my family moved quite a bit so home and house are different things. Making art is my home. My house is where I live.
