Curbside pickup does not require an appointment.
When you are notified your holds are available, call us (413-587-1011 ext 2) during open hours and we will bring your holds out to you. It may take up to 15 minutes for processing, so you may wish to call ahead, and then again when you arrive.
During open hours. you may also pick up and check out your holds inside the library.

Reserve Materials
To reserve items for pickup, please place a hold through the Library’s online catalog. (If you are new to placing holds, you may wish to read the CW MARS Catalog Help page.)

Make Sure Your Holds Are Ready
Please be sure your holds are ready before coming to check them out. You can wait for us to notify you (if you are signed up for email, text, or phone notifications) or check your account. When your holds are ready, you can pickup your holds.
