With advance notice, we can give your group a library tour, or a librarian can make an outreach visit to your local school or organization.
Visit from a school groupWe can provide a tour of the Children’s & Young Adult Department, storytime, or do book talks. If given enough notice, we can customize our presentation to reflect the subject your class is studying. We can also give you library card applications in advance, and as long as we have the signature of the child’s parent or guardian, we can provide your students with library cards during their class visit. |
