The Edible Book is an international event where people use food to create representations of books, either a specific title or a generic ‘book.’ Celebrity judges come up with awards for all entries, and after the award presentations, everyone gets to eat the entries! This year’s judges are local author Lesléa Newman, Northampton’s Chief of Police Jody Kasper, and Dennis Greco, co-owner of The Baker’s Pin (formerly Different Drummer’s Kitchen).
Some create. Some attend. Everyone eats!
