The Watson Room is located on the Mezzanine level. It measures approximately 18′ x 10′ and contains one 7′ x 3.5′ conference table. The Watson Room does not have an audio visual system.
Procedures and Rules
- Limited to groups of 15 people or fewer.
- No food or beverage other than water is allowed in the room.
- All meetings must be scheduled and held during library open hours and the room must be cleared 15 minutes before library closing time.
The Meeting Rooms Policy includes restrictions and rules regarding meeting room reservations and use.
Reservations
You may request a reservation using the Meeting Room Scheduler. If you prefer, you may make your reservation in person or by phone by contacting the Business Office (413-587-1017).
