Holds Request Form

You may use this form to place an interlibrary loan (ILL) request. Requests placed using this form will not be filled as quickly as those placed through the Commonwealth Catalog. It is recommended that you place holds directly through those catalogs whenever possible.

Because of limited staff time, we can only accept 5 requests made through Holds Request Forms, per patron, at a time.
